More than six months after the original purchase date: all prior payments are forfeited and the full course fee is payable upon re-enrolment. Previous progress will not be carried over.
13. Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment is missed, you will have 14 days to bring your account up to date. If payment is not received within this window, your access to the course will be suspended and no refund will be provided. We will attempt to contact you during this period; failure to respond will be treated as a withdrawal. Certificates are not issued until all outstanding fees are cleared.
14. Course Completion Deadline

Our programmes are competency-based — there is no pass or fail. You may resubmit your final assessment as many times as needed until competency is achieved, provided this occurs within the 9-month course completion window. Submissions received after this deadline will incur a CHF 375 late assessment fee. 16. Reassessment If your assessment does not meet the required standard, we will give you detailed feedback and guidance to support a successful resubmission.
